We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
We use the information we collect to:
We may share your information with:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Some member information in RallyKeeper — including names, contact details, and Airstream Club membership numbers (Big Red Numbers) — originates from the Airstream Club International (ACI) membership directory and rosters. This information remains the property of Airstream Club International and is made available solely for Club-related purposes.
Membership directory and roster information may not be shared, sold, or used to solicit members outside the Club. Any printed or electronic copies of this information that are no longer needed must be destroyed. Misuse of membership directory data may result in disciplinary action under Airstream Club International bylaws, up to and including expulsion from the Club. These obligations are also described in our Terms of Service.
You can control your information in several ways:
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. This includes encryption of data in transit, secure authentication methods, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining rally attendance records.
After you delete your account. Deleting your account from the app removes your personal profile information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, bio, the Airstream Club membership number on your profile, and profile and banner images — along with the photos you uploaded, your sign-in sessions, one-time sign-in codes, and push notification tokens. The account itself is kept in an anonymized form so that shared records involving other members, such as rally registrations and attendance history, stay intact; a copy of your membership number can also remain in older trailer records attached to the account. If a RallyKeeper administrator removes your account on your behalf, the account record itself is deleted rather than anonymized: your messages, notifications, trailer records, pets, feedback, saved rallies, and club and household memberships are removed with it, along with any past registrations that no one else in your household can take over.
We do keep our administrative records of what happened on the service: audit entries, registration change history (including amounts charged, refunded, or waived), and notification and email delivery logs. These records are kept for security, fraud prevention, financial accuracy, and dispute resolution. Audit entries and notification and email delivery logs are visible only to RallyKeeper system administrators. The change history for a registration is also visible to the hosts of that rally and to administrators of the club hosting it, and to the members of your household who share the registration — they need it to run the rally and to see how a registration and its charges changed. Once your account is deleted, these records no longer identify you as a current member: any link from a record to your account is either removed or left pointing at the anonymized account. A name or email address contained in the body of a record is retained, because removing it would defeat the record's purpose. Notification and email delivery logs are deleted automatically 90 days after they are created.
We use cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. These are essential for the service to function properly.
When you use the RallyKeeper mobile app, we may collect device-specific information including your device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. We use push notification services (Apple Push Notification Service for iOS and Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android) to deliver notifications to your device. Your device token is stored on our servers and used solely for delivering notifications you have opted into. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
RallyKeeper is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the service or sending you an email.
