1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RallyKeeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RallyKeeper is a platform for managing Airstream camping rallies. The service allows rally hosts to publish events, and members to register, attend, and participate in rallies. Features include event scheduling, messaging, photo sharing, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

To use RallyKeeper, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law
  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the service or its underlying software
  • Use any automated means, such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the service or extract data from it

5. Membership Directory Data

RallyKeeper imports member information from the Airstream Club International (ACI) membership directory and rosters. This information remains the property of Airstream Club International and may be used only for Club-related purposes. By using RallyKeeper, you agree that you will not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute any membership directory or roster information to anyone outside the Club
  • Use membership information to solicit members for any purpose unrelated to the Club
  • Retain printed or electronic copies of directory or roster information that you no longer need — any such copies must be destroyed

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Airstream Club International bylaws, up to and including suspension of your RallyKeeper account and expulsion from the Club. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the bylaws and policies protecting the privacy of the membership's information.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post to RallyKeeper. By posting content, you grant RallyKeeper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you share.

7. Payments

Some rallies may require payment for registration, camping fees, or add-ons. Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund policies are determined by individual rally hosts and clubs.

8. Mobile Application

The RallyKeeper mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices. By downloading or using the app, you also agree to the terms of service of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The mobile app loads content from our web servers; your use of the app is subject to both these Terms and the applicable app store terms. We may update the app periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Privacy

Your use of RallyKeeper is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

RallyKeeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyKeeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RallyKeeper and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity, including other members; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
